20 seconds jump rope – regular bounce
20 seconds jump rope – high knees
20 seconds – clapping push ups
20 seconds – plank jacks
20 seconds – jump rope – butt kicks
20 seconds – jump rope – single leg
20 minutes – leap frogs
20 seconds – mt. climbers

*Rest 10 seconds between each exercise, 1 minute between circuits
*Beginners complete circuit 3x
*Advanced complete circuit 5x
